Toledo Physicians of Indian Origin are devastated to see the pain and suffering of the people of India due to the ruthless and extreme loss of livelihood and life from COVID-19 pandemic. Everyday we are hearing someone we know who is very sick or has passed away. At this time let’s get together and give to one of these worthwhile charities who are helping to make a difference and help India. People of India are on the verge of giving up, its heartbreaking and heart wrenching to see people on the roads collapsing in wait to get primary medical care. Desperate times need desperate measure country which shared its vaccines to other nations now is in dire needs as the new strain of COVID is hitting them from all directions.
Kids, youth, middle aged or elderly all are equally exposed and at risk. Please extend your hand in a safe way to help them through your donations. At high risk and neglect are our Old age homes and shelter homes as they live in cluster and close quarters. PURE is running an ambulance service, distributing PPE Kits, masks and intends to ensure shelter homes are provided for during the devastating second wave of COVID-19 in India.
There is an urgent need for 50 oxygen concentrators to support shelter homes for the elderly, special needs, children and those in need in villages. Each Oxygen Concentrator is 500USD and supports many people. COVID Kits for shelter homes cost 250 USD and include oximeter, masks, sanitizers, infrared thermometers, and cleaning supplies. 100 USD will provide 300 meals for COVID victims, and patient attendants will benefit too. We know it’s been a year of downs and dips but nothing more valuable than a life and to save life is to save family and society. Donate for your village, your hometown, your people, your

Sewa International have started ‘Help India Defeat COVID-19’ Campaign and is seeking your support. We are raising funds for buying supplies, and ensuring that the much-needed lifesaving medical equipment like oxygen-concentrators and ventilators are acquired and shipped to hospitals across Bharat. We therefore come to you in this moment of crisis seeking your generous and gracious support. Our goal is to raise Ten million dollars to purchase following equipment.
03 | AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PHYSICIANS OF INDIAN ORIGIN - OXYGEN FOR INDIA
Kindly support AAPI- India COVID disaster fund, donating Oxygen Concentration units to Indian Hospitals. AAPI has located a source manufacturer that supplies a Concentrated Oxygen unit, each of which can save four lives in India. The cost of each unit is minuscule – only $500. The Indian Embassy and Consulates will assist in the rapid shipping and customs regulations of these lifesaving units.
